The US Card Runners Referral Program is a great way to earn extra cash.  All you have to do is refer a qualifying customer customer to us and before you know it, you’ll have a shiny new check for $250 in the mail.  This is a no brainer as we are sure you love your rates and the service you are getting.  So why not, tell a friend about a great company?  If you found a great local mechanic that was trustworthy and could save you a bunch of money, you’d tell your friends, right?  Same thing here, except on top of you giving them a solid recommendation, you will also be compensated for your time and effort.  Check the terms and conditions of the programs below.

Terms and Conditions:  In all advertisements for the Referral Program “Qualified Accounts” are referenced.  A qualified account is one that meets the following criteria.  The business type cannot be on the list of restricted business types including but not solely limited to: Adult-Related businesses, gambling businesses, Card Brand prohibited activity, and much more.  Please click here for a full list of all excluded business types.  Seasonal businesses do not qualify for a referral bonus either as they tend not to meet other requirements of the program.  In order for a customer to be considered “qualified” they would have to signup and be approved as a US Card Runner’s merchant.  Full list of conditions below;

  1. The Referral Bonus will be $250.00 per Activated and Qualified merchant. US Card Runners will use commercially reasonable efforts to pay any bonus within one week of requirements being met.  Only Activated merchants who have an activated, settled and processed (ACH to bank) batch will be eligible for the bonus payment.
  2. For any Activated Merchant for which US Card Runners pays an Referral Bonus, referred account would not be eligible for early termination fee.
  3. For a merchant to be deemed “Activated”, it must process and settle a total in dollar processing volume in a single batch in an amount no less than $250. A merchant will not be deemed “Activated” if the merchant or any person acting on behalf of the merchant uses a personal payment card to initiate a transaction in an attempt to qualify. Only legitimate transactions will be measured.
  4. Any merchant identified as a seasonal merchant on the merchant application, or subsequently becomes a seasonal merchant within six months of boarding, will not be eligible for an Activation Bonus.
  5. Any Referral Bonus for any merchant that becomes an Ineligible Merchant within 12 months of signing its Merchant Agreement will be returned to US Card Runners by the referring company.  An “Ineligible Merchant” is a merchant that ceases to conduct business, closes its processing account with US Card Runners, or fails to settle a batch with $25 or more in volume for 32 consecutive days.
  6. The Referral Bonus paid for a merchant that was boarded fraudulently or deemed “Activated” fraudulently will be refunded to US Card Runners regardless of how long the merchant has been processing with US Card Runners or when the fraud is discovered.
  7. Merchant application as initially submitted must be in direct relation to a Referral Bonus Program referral, or such merchant will not be considered eligible for or a Bonus. Claims for a Referral Bonus must be made prior to the merchant application being submitted by the referred company.  No exceptions.
  8. US Card Runners reserves the right to modify or terminate this Bonus Program at any time on 30 days written notice.
  9. Any amounts due to US Card Runners from referring business under the terms of this agreement may be collected, at US Card Runner’s option, through invoice, deduction from referring merchant’s checking account via ACH, or any other legal means.
